I know I have not posted in FORever, but business is a crazy busy, demanding thing. It is basically like rearing a child. I want to share my experience thus far with my Friends & Family Facebook campaign. On Friday, I sent out a mass PM to nearly 200 of my friends and family on FB to try my hand at social media and develop some awareness about what I'm doing. Discoveries; 4 people are already in similar business models, 3 peoples were genuinely interested in purchasing, and 3 people have agreed to pass along my information. That is over the past 2 days! Now, I'm thinking as long as I keep it fresh, we should not receive any adverse response. I am contemplating if my next move should be more mass PMs or if there is an alternative method via FB. Any ideas?
Twitter has also developed a role as a media outlet. I have 2 friends who are extensively active and have a relatively large following (compared to me with my little 14 followers LOL). They are also my peeps on Facebook, but again, different people for different outlets. According to the link I posted's click through stats we had 1 click. Whoot! That's 1 more than we have ever had LOL. I am loving business...
Last note before I leave you, all new high value item has been discovered...I am thinking it will be involved with a hardcore April campaign. Look for it! And if you see it, repost and retweet :-)
